		The gas type thermostat has a capillary tube which is filled with a special gas. The capillary tube is connected to the diaphragm chamber. The tip of the capillary tube is positioned in the booster outlet and detects the booster inlet air temperature. The thermostat prevents frosting on the evaporator fins if the refrigerant vaporizing temperature drops to below zero degrees.
