		The A/C system in our cars are equipped with a idle speed raising device know as Vacuum Solenoid Valve (VSV) to maintain optimum efficiency during a heavy traffic situation. VSV controls the vacuum supplied to the actuator. It is a switching device to control the vacuum and operate Vacuum Actuators.
